What is Manik Jawa Inc?

Manik Jawa Inc is a group of online shops that are domiciled in Indonesia. 

Manik Jawa Shop is a wholesaler of Gudo traditional glass beads

ManTraKoe Shop is retailer of Gudo, Czech and Krobo traditional glass beads, plus x-tra special finding and other kind of beads.

Personal Collection Shop is couture jewelry shop.

How do I place an order?

1. For Wholesale

• To order, please inform us the name of the item you like to order.
• Once we receive your information, we will email you a proforma invoice.
• If you ok with the invoice, please pay 50% deposit to enable us to start producing your order.
• The balance & shipping charges can be paid later when we ready to ship your order.

2. For Retail

• Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, just simple tell us by email.
• We will reply your email with the invoice + shipping charges.
• Make your payment via paypal or western union. Don't forget to let us know that you have made a payment for your order.
• We will shipping your order next day after we confirm about your payment.

What forms of payments do you accept ?

We accept Paypal and Western Union for overseas order. 

Bank transfer would be the best for domestic customer.

When will you ship my order?

Manik Jawa Inc pulls and packs orders between 9 am-5 pm pst, Monday thru Friday. Most orders ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Occasionally, due to a special promotion or holiday, processing may take an additional 24 hours.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping options and cost are given at invoice which we send by email before payment is required. We charge you only what we are charged to post your package, plus the cost of materials to carefully pack your order.

How will my order be shipped?

Indonesia Addresses
We ship via the TIKI, JNE and Pos Indonesia

International Addresses
We ship via the Indonesia Postal Service. You have the choice of shipping by EMS or Regular Service. But if you like to use FEDEX or DHL, we can arrange it for you.

Did we make an error?

We make every effort to accurately pick and check your order before it leaves our warehouse. If however we have mis-shipped an item please contact us within 15 days after delivery arrival. 

We'll arrange to ship you the correct product right away and provide a postage label or SASE to return the mis-shipped item.

Please Note:

• We DO NOT accept returns of handmade jewelry, broken strands of bead or partial lots of any kind.


• Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, in original packaging and free from defects.
