Well...it's kind of awkward, pink and black is bit difficult to blend. But that is the theme for October.
Pink to celebrate the most memorable day for most women in the world - Breast Cancer Day. Throughout October, people just like most of us - women - showed just how much you Pink. Whether it was selling pink ribbons, making something with pink, wearing pink costumes, dye pink hair for support all those affected by breast cancer.
And black for Halloween party at the end of the month. Halloween is an annual holiday celebrated on October 31. It is roots in Celtic festival of Samhain and the Christian holy day of All Saints, but today largely a secular celebration. Halloween activities include tricking, treating, wearing costumes and attending costume parties, carving jack-o-lanterns. ghost tours, bonfires, apple bobbing. The word Halloween is first attested in the 16th century and represents a Scottish variant of the fuller All-Hallows-Eve, that is the night before All Hollows Day.
